Can a Bald Guy Really Be A Hairdresser?

Robert Kiyosaki wrote a book "Cash Flow Quadrant" where he described how Mo.ney, Income and Wealth are generated.
Basically there are four areas, or quadrants, where you can earn.
On the left side of this equation are two quadrants that represent about 95 percent of the general workforce. "Employees" and "Self Employed".
If you are or were like me you likely were in one of these two quadrants.
Five or six days a week you would get up at the crack of dawn to get in a car, a bus or a train and head to work.
Spending ten to twelve hours a day traveling to work, working at a job you hate but it pays for something, then traveling back home to getup the next day and repeat the process.
Also known as the "Rat Race"!

Sound all to familiar?

Employees and Self Employed trade their time for dollars.
Its called actively participating to earn an income.
If they don't show up to work they don't get paid.
They work for 40 to 50 years and so called "Retire" on 60% of their annual income.
Kiyosaki also noted these 95 % of the workforce only control about 10% of the wealth in this world.
For many that means retiring into poverty.

That's Scary!

On the Right side of the quadrant are "Independent Business Owners" and "Investors"
This quadrant represents about 5% of the workforce but they earn "Passive Income".
In other words they make money with out having to actually be actively involved to do it.

Here is an example:

If you owned a "Macdonlad's Franchise", as the owner you would have invested $1.5 Million dollars to own the rights to a franchise and would expect to earn about a 20% profit or $300,000 a year. You don't have to be their to flip burgers or manage, but you get paid anyways.
Macdonalds is touted as the Number One Franchise in the World, Agreed!
But how many people can afford to own one?

The paradox is that Business Owners and Investors control 90% of the wealth in the world!
So does it make sense that if You or I want to be financially independent and have the ability to earn more income that we should actively pursue the ability to be "Independent Business Owners".

But the concern you might have is "RISK", Agreed!

You don't have $1.5 million! I'm assuming!

In fact You're in debt up to your eyeballs already living pay check to paycheck! Right!

Well maybe not.

But the fact is that 99% of the population spend 110% of their income.
Statistics reveal that on average "Household Savings" at retirement are -.5%
The Lowest it has been since 1933 - WOW!

I will go out on a limb here and say that ultimately we all do things we don't really want to do, Right!

"Selling", Talking to Strangers", "Showing my Family" and lets face it, that involves "Extra Time" and that four letter word ..."Work"

The FACT is that Starting any kind of business requires all of the above ...
whether we like it or not.
It involves getting out of our comfort zone, doing things we would not normally do!
Fact is we have all been doing the same things for years, creating habits that keep us Broke.
